The A3P Mission
A3P defends constitutionalist judges, punches back on radical assaults on judicial independence (like court-packing), and opposes judicial and other nominees who are outside of the mainstream.
How We Do It
Advocacy
A3P’s team of experienced lawyers, operatives and researchers provide backgrounders, biographies, and talking points on nominees. We organize third-party coalitions to support and/or oppose key nominees and legislation that impacts the judiciary.
Rapid Response
A3P’s team of experienced media professionals rapidly execute both offensive and defensive communications strategies through broadcast, print and digital media outlets.
Media Affairs
A3P provides surrogates, op-eds, letters to the editor, endorsements, television and other earned media. A3P hosts an online video and podcast show that interviews legislators and other prominent figures crucial to the judicial process.
Political Engagement
A3P publicly supports legislators who vote to confirm and defend constitutionalist judges, and who push back on judicial and other nominees who are outside of the mainstream. One of many op-eds that A3P penned in support of legislators can be found HERE, via the Des Moines Register.
